My name is Ola Wysocka. I am a psychologist and a Gentle Sleep Coach.
I was born in Poland, have lived in few European countries and in 2013 decided to settle down in Amsterdam.

I have worked with children for over 15 years, since 2015 with babies as a sleep coach. I help parents solve the sleep issues of children aged 0-6 years old. As a psychologist, I consider it important that sleep coaching methods are gentle and
tailored to each family. I believe that babies can improve their sleeping patterns without using crying-it-out or controlled-crying techniques.

My main role is to guide families through the process and make sure that both parents and their child feel comfortable with each step along the way.
Parents mostly contact me when they face frequent awakening, early rising, bedtime difficulties, no naps. So in the period when they would like to prevent their child from getting overtired and they would like to learn how to recognise the Little One’s sleepy cues.

And since my son was born in 2017, I have personally experienced how sleep can affect not only your physical condition but also your mental health. It is important for both parents and their baby to get sleep to develop and feel good. I am very proud to say that I have helped hundreds of families to find or restore their sleep balance.
